EAST COAST AUTO TRANSPORT, INC.
EAST COAST AUTO TRANSPORT, INC. operates out of FORT ANN, NY and holds carrier authority. It owns the equipment and its own driver collects your vehicle. A mid-sized fleet. This is the size that reliably runs fixed lanes week to week rather than chasing whatever load is nearest. It is the only auto transport company registered in FORT ANN, so a local pickup here is usually arranged rather than dispatched from down the road.
From the company’s own FMCSA census filing, last updated June 2025.
EAST COAST AUTO TRANSPORT, INC. has held operating authority since 1987 — 39 years, which puts it among the oldest registrations in the trade and well past the point where most entrants have folded. It reports 7 power units and 7 drivers — a one-to-one roster, the ordinary shape of a small fleet. The fleet reported 120,000 miles in 2024, about 17,143 per truck — light or seasonal use.
