What we collect
When you request quotes we collect the pickup and delivery ZIP codes, vehicle details, your preferred date, and your name, phone number and email address. We also record the page you came from and your browser's user agent.
Why we collect it
To produce a price estimate and to pass your request to auto transport companies so they can quote you. That is the purpose of the form and the only reason the fields exist.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people arrive on. It sets cookies in your browser and Google receives your IP address and the pages you view. It is not linked to a quote request and it is not used to build a profile of you. Browser-level ad and tracking blockers stop it working, and nothing on this site breaks when they do.
Who we share it with
The companies we send your request to. They hold active operating authority from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. They receive your route, your vehicle and your dates — NOT your name, phone number or email address. Each replies through a private link, you see every quote side by side, and you decide which of them ever gets your contact details. We do not sell your information to data brokers or advertisers.
How long we keep it
Requests and the quotes against them are kept so you can return to your comparison page. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Companies that receive requests can opt out permanently using the link in every message we send them.
Cookies
We use no advertising cookies and we do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.
