What this service is
Transport My Car To Another State publishes car shipping cost estimates and passes quote requests to auto transport companies. We are not a motor carrier and we are not a licensed property broker. We do not transport vehicles, we do not arrange transportation for compensation, and we take no commission on any load.
Your contract is with the carrier
Any agreement to move a vehicle is between you and the company you choose. Their terms, their insurance and their cancellation policy govern that shipment. Confirm a company's MC number, bond and insurance at the FMCSA licensing register before you pay anything.
Estimates are not quotes
Prices shown on this site are calculated from distance, vehicle type, trailer type and season. They are indicative. A binding price comes only from a carrier or broker after they review your shipment.
Quotes submitted by companies
Quotes displayed on your comparison page are submitted by the companies themselves. We do not verify them and we do not guarantee that any company will honour a quote, collect on time, or complete a shipment.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that listings, prices or availability are accurate or current.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from any shipment arranged with a company found through it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
