What to send, depending on why you are writing

You asked for quotes and want to change or cancel

Send the reference from your confirmation email. We can stop a request before it goes out, and after.

You run a transport company

Claim the listing that already carries your name, correct what is wrong on it, or ask to be removed. We check the authority against the FMCSA register before anything changes.

A company behaved badly

Tell us which MC number and what happened. We cannot arbitrate a dispute — we are not party to your contract — but a company that takes deposits and disappears comes off the panel, and the FMCSA complaint line is the one with actual teeth.

Something on a page is wrong

A price that looks absurd, a company in the wrong state, a broken link. These are worth reporting and they get fixed.

What we cannot do

We are not a motor carrier and not a licensed broker. We do not move vehicles, we do not hold deposits and we are not a party to your contract with a transport company. If a shipment has gone wrong, the company on your bill of lading is who you need, and the FMCSA complaint database is where a complaint actually lands on their record. We will tell you the MC number and what their register entry says, which is usually the part people cannot find.
