LICONA AUTO TRANSPORT LLC
LICONA AUTO TRANSPORT LLC operates out of ELGIN, TX and holds carrier authority. It owns the equipment and its own driver collects your vehicle. A small fleet. Enough trucks to cover a missed pickup, small enough that the person quoting you is likely the person dispatching the driver. It is the only auto transport company registered in ELGIN, so a local pickup here is usually arranged rather than dispatched from down the road.
From the company’s own FMCSA census filing, last updated January 2026.
LICONA AUTO TRANSPORT LLC has held operating authority since 2014, 12 years, long enough to have run through both the 2020 collapse in volumes and the rate spike that followed. It reports 3 power units and 3 drivers — a one-to-one roster, the ordinary shape of a small fleet. The fleet reported 252,000 miles in 2026, about 84,000 per truck — steady regional running.

Take MC 877411 to the FMCSA licensing register and confirm three things: the authority still reads ACTIVE, cargo insurance is on file, and the company name matches whoever is asking for your deposit. Our data is a snapshot of the federal register, not a recommendation, and authority can lapse between refreshes.
